1. Appointments & Booking
When you book an appointment on FiloCuts, you are reserving a dedicated time slot. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from FiloCuts (operated by Liviz Tech LLC). These messages include transactional appointment confirmations, reminders, waitlist updates, and promotional offers if opted in.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After sending "STOP", we will send an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed.
- Support: If you experience issues, reply with the keyword "HELP" or contact us directly at support@filocuts.com.
- Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or received from you.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
